A beautiful demonstration of how vibration affects water — and therefore the body — comes from the work of Dr. Masaru Emoto. Dr. Emoto was a Japanese researcher who studied how intention, words, and music influence water. He exposed water to words like "love" and "gratitude" and found that when frozen, the crystals formed beautiful, symmetrical snowflake-like shapes. But when exposed to hateful or angry words, the crystals became distorted and chaotic.

His conclusion? Water is not inert — it responds to vibration. It holds memory. And because the human body is more than 70% water, our thoughts, emotions, and environment directly impact our biology.
